A: Absolutely! We’re happy to arrange a FaceTime call so you can see the puppy in real time and ask any questions you may have. To keep scheduled calls limited to serious prospective buyers and avoid disrupting our daily puppy-care routine, FaceTime appointments are arranged after a reservation deposit has been received. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

A: We completely understand why you may have concerns when choosing a breeder online. We encourage prospective families to take their time, review our website and breeding program, read through our customer reviews, and verify the information we provide. We’re happy to answer questions and provide legitimate documentation or other reasonable verification where available. Our goal is to keep the process transparent and make sure families feel informed and comfortable before making a decision.

A: We provide every new family with a detailed puppy care guide to help you prepare for your puppy’s arrival. We recommend having the essentials ready, including food and water bowls, the appropriate puppy food, a crate, a comfortable bed, toys, and basic grooming supplies. We’ll also let you know which food your puppy has been eating so you can make the transition as smoothly as possible. If you have questions before or after bringing your puppy home, we’re always happy to help

A: Every puppy comes with a written one-year health guarantee covering eligible genetic and congenital conditions. If a covered condition is diagnosed within the one-year guarantee period and the requirements of the agreement are satisfied, the buyer may receive either a replacement puppy or a full refund, in accordance with the terms of the health guarantee.

A: Yes! Our puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care before going to their new homes. Their first DA2PP vaccination is given at 6 weeks, followed by a booster at 8 weeks. Deworming is provided at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. Before leaving for their new family, each puppy is also examined by a licensed veterinarian to help ensure they are healthy and ready for the transition.

A: We understand that meeting a puppy in person can be important before bringing them home. For visits to our residence, we require either full payment or a minimum $400 reservation deposit on the puppy you’re interested in. This policy helps us maintain a safe, controlled environment and protect the health and well-being of our puppies and breeding dogs.
